After the contamination of waters caused by a yacht explosion, a young woman swimming nearby seeks refuge in a cave. There, in order to survive she has to be amplified into an aquatic being, while retaining and questioning her human nature.
Inspired by feminist theories of hydrocommons and Astrida Neimanis’ “Bodies of Water”, this film is an attempt to externalize one’s personal and internal tidal experience into a collective forming of a watery world and vice versa.
